摘　　要：介绍了采用钢铁酸洗废液制备污水处理剂聚合硫酸铁的主要工艺流程、所用原料及设备等。由本工艺生产的污水处理剂与国家相关标准和外购品的对比分析表明,产品的质量达到国家标准要求。用钢铁酸洗废液制备污水处理剂具有投资省,见效快,环保效果好等优点。The paper covers the main process flow for producing sewage treatment agent?a?apolyferric sulphate with waste steel pickling liquor as well as the raw material and equipment therefor. Comparison of the said agent with relevant applicable national standard and the commercial equivalent shows that it has been up to the requirements as specified in applicable national standard. The process advantageously features small investment, quick returns and environment friendliness.
