摘　　要：金融资本对利润追求的本性、金融市场一体化的发展、跨国公司 (银行 )市场内部化的发展和计算机网络技术的进步使混业经营在金融全球化背景下成为了一种趋势。加入世界贸易组织后 ,我国金融业不得不经受外资金融机构混业经营模式在金融机构利润、金融市场资源配置效率、金融机构风险管理、金融监管等四个方面的冲击。目前 ,分业经营仍是我国金融制度的现实选择 。Comprehensive operating model a tendency against the background of financial globalization because of profit chasing nature of financial capital,the development of financial integration,market internalization of transnational companies and banks and the promotion of computer and network technology. As China is a member of the WTO,Chinese finance has to face the shock of comprehensive operating of foreign-capital financial mechanism in the aspects of profit,resources-disposing efficiency,financial risk management and financial regulation. At present segregate operating model is the practical choice for China. But in the near future,China can not avoid the comprehensive operating tendency under the conditions of financial globalization. Financial holding companies is chief pattern of China's comprehensive operating.
