摘　　要：对生态旅游景区的游客满意度进行动态监测,能够有效地了解景区的管理质量,对保证生态旅游的可持续发展有着非常重要的意义。以香格里拉碧塔海生态旅游景区为例,采用问卷调查的方法对游客的满意度进行了监测研究,并对调查结果进行了系统分析,以了解景区的管理质量。Through a dynamic observation about tourists satisfaction of an ecotourism site, the authors effectively realized the management quality in these sites, and it was very important for the sustainable development of ecotourism. Taking Bitahai ecotourism site as an example, the authors sent out questionnaires for observation about the tourists satisfaction. Later, after getting back the questionnaires, the authors made a systematic analysis of the findings , based on which to realize the management quality in Bitahai.
