摘 要:与常规水泥浆固井技术相比,MTC固井技术具有明显的技术、经济优势。但是,由于低密度、超低密度矿渣MTC固井液体系中含有大量的低密度减轻材料和泥浆处理剂,同时,矿渣只具备潜在的水化反映活性。因此,体系的强度与同等密度的水泥浆相比有些偏低,从而限制了其在低压易漏地层固井中的应用。新疆石油管理局钻井工艺研究院通过大量的实验研究,开发出一种适于新疆油田多种泥浆体系的矿渣 MTC高效促凝剂。室内检测结果表明,该促凝剂:①可显著提高矿渣MTC在低温下的早期强度;②所配矿渣 MTC的稠化时间随其加量的变化、随设计温度的变化近似呈线性变化,因此,可通过其加量的变化灵活调节矿渣MTC在低温下的稠化时间;③不影响体系的流变性及流动能力,可与分散剂配合使用,灵活调节体系的流变性,从而有效解决低密度、超低密度矿渣MTC低温早期强度偏低的问题。Compared with conventional slurry cementing, slag MTC is of obvious technical and economic superiority. But there is a lot of low density materials and mud additives in the slag MTV fluid with low density and supper low density and the slag only is of low hydration ability, the strength of the slag MTV fluid is lower than that of the slurry with same density so as to restrict its application in the formation with low pressure and easy leaking. Through large number of experimental research on MTV, a new and effective slag MTV accelerator being fit for different drilling fluid systems in Xinjiang oil field is developed by the Drilling Technology Research Institute of Xinjiang Petroleum Administration. The indoor testing results show: 1 the early stage strength of slag MYV in low temperatures can be remarkably enhanced with the accelerator; 2 the thickening time of compounded slag MTV changes with the dosage and changes linearly with the design time, so, the thickening time of the slag MTV in low temperature can be agilely adjusted by changing its dosage; 3 there is no bad influence on-the rheology and mobility of the system and the rheology can be agilely adjusted by coordinately using dispersant so as to effectively solve the problem of lower early stage strength in low temperature.
