摘　　要：高炉炉壳下料的数控火焰切割机编程数据算法突破数控中心命令极限只有 8 388m及数据设置整数位须≤ 5的局限 ,实现精确切割 ,大大提高了工作效率 .The calculation procedure and programming for blanking the blast furnace(BF) shell with a numerically controlled flame cutter is introduced. By employing a data algorithm which uses only a maximum command capacity of 8.388 megabytes and an integer digit less than 5, an accurate cutting was realized, and the cutting efficiency markedly improved.
