摘　　要：经过六年的发展,我国证券投资基金不论在数量或规模上都有了很大的进步,对证券市场的稳定及经济的发展发挥了一定的作用。但是在基金制度建设方面仍然存在着缺陷,突出表现在基金治理结构和监管体制上,针对这些不足,本文提出了相应的对策和建议。The securities investment fund of China has made great progress both in quantity and in scale after six years' development,and it has played a certain role to the stability of the security markets and the development of the economy.But it still has some flaws in the fund system construction,especially in the fund management structure and the supervision system.In view of these insufficiencies,this article puts forward corresponding suggestions and countermeasures.
