摘　　要：分析了我国纺织产业集群的现状,并根据产业集群的相关理论和概念,从专业分工、交易费用、学习交流、区域经济发展4个方面分析了纺织产业集群的竞争优势,并分析了我国纺织产业阻碍集聚效应充分发挥的种种问题,提出了我国纺织产业集群的发展对策.The present situation of Chinese textile industry cluster is analysed, and according to the theory and concept of cluster, the competitive advantage of textile clusters is studied from four aspects such as labor division and specialization and cooperation, transaction costs, learning by doing and regional economy. Finally, some countermeasures to overcome the matters are put forward which prevent the cluster effects.
