摘 要:目的:了解不同透析膜对胰岛素、猓玻⑶虻鞍椎那宄芰Γ傅佳和肝鲋醒≡窀鲜实? 透析器,提高透析效果。方法:对11例接受血液透析患者,第一个月应用血仿膜透析器,第二个月 应用聚以膜透析器,观察两种膜对胰岛素(Ins)、猓玻⑶虻鞍祝ㄢ2-MG)的清除能力。结果:血仿 膜对猓玻停乔宄芰τ庞诰垌磕ぃ砸鹊核氐那宄垌磕び庞谘履ぁ=崧郏憾杂诔て诮邮苎a 液透析患者,交替使用血仿膜透析器和聚砜膜透析器,比单一使用血仿膜透析器或聚砜膜透析器 可收到更好的透析效果。Objective: The clearence ability of different dialysis membranes was studied in order to choose the appropriate membrane for dialyzer and improve the effect of dialysis. Methods: The study included 11 patients. All of the patients were dialyzed by hemophan dialyzer during the first month and polysulfone dialyzer during the second month. The ability for clearing insulin andResults: The capacity for clearing was better than that with polysulfone dialyzer. On the other hand, the clearence ability for insulin with hemophan dialyzer was poorer than polysulfone dialyzer. Conclusion: It is better to use hemophan dialyzer and polysulfone alternately in the patients treated by long-term dialysis.
