摘 要:超声技术在胃肠运动功能检测方面由于具有非侵入性、无放射性和应用广泛等优点,困 此发展非常迅速,应用范围明显扩大,不仅可用于胃排空的测定,还能用于近端胃顺应性、胃窦收 缩活动和胃窦幽门十二指肠协调收缩等的测定。除胃运动功能外,已对小肠和大肠运动功能以及 胆囊排空进行了研究。新的超声技术不断涌现,从最初的实时超声技术,发展到彩色超声血流成 像,最近已有人将三维超声技术用于胃肠动力研究。本文对超声技术在胃排空、胃顺应性、胃窦幽 门十二指肠协调运动,以及小肠、大肠运动功能和胆囊排空的测定方法、意义及评价等进行介绍。The advantages of ultrasonography are non invasive, wide spectrum in application and without radiation. Therefore the ultrasonography in monitoring of gastrointestinal motility has been developed rapidly. It has been used not only in detection of gastric emptying but also in many different measures eg. compliance of proximal stomach, contraction movement of gastric antrum and antropyloroduodenal coordination etc. The motility of small intestine, large intestine and emptying of gall bladder have been researched. New techniques in this field are developed from real time ultrasonic technique to ultrasound color flow imaging and three demensional ultrasonography. The method, significance and evaluation of ultrasonography in measuring gastric emptying, gastric compliance, motility of small and large intestine as well as gall bladder emptying were reviewed in this paper.
