内燃机车用超高倍率镉镍电池的研制

摘　　要：介绍了供内燃机车起动使用的超高倍率GNC140镉镍蓄电池的研制及应用，讨论了电池电性能测试及装车试验所表现出的优良起动能力。DF11－0121号内燃机起动试验表明：GNC140蓄电池在不同荷电状态下全电压、低电压起动柴油机能力完全达到铁道部行业标准TB／T2362-93要求。GNC140蓄电池已于1997年随机车出口尼日利亚、缅甸、坦桑尼亚等，现仍在正常运行中。The developmnt and application of GNC140 extra high rate Cd-Ni alkaline battery for starting diesel locomoive were reported. The experiment of operating in DF11-0121 locomtive shows that the battery can start the locomotive with various charge state at full voltage and low voltage and meet the requiremnts of the railway standard of TB/T 2362-93. The battery GNC140 used in the locomotive which exported to Nigeria、Burma and Tanzania in 1997 is being well operated.
