摘　　要：目的观察思密达对母乳性黄疸的治疗效果。方法治疗组(22例)应用思密达进行治疗，对照组(20例)进行一般治疗或停乳。结果治疗组22例均显效(100．0％)，对照组显效3例(15．0％)、有效11例(55．0％)；黄疸好转及消退时间治疗组亦明显优于对照组，两组比较具有非常显著性差异(P＜0．01)。结论思密达是治疗母乳性黄疸的有效药物。Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of Smecta on jaundice caused by breast milk.Methods In the treatment group(22 cases)Smecta was used,with routine treatment or withdrawal of breast milk in the control group(20 cases ).Results It was effectual in all 22 cases(100.0 %) in the treatment group while in the control group it was effectual in 3 cases(15.0 %) and effective in 11 cases(55.0 %).The improvement and extinction time of jaundice in the treatment group were also superior to those of the co...
