摘　　要：目的探讨重型颅脑损伤术中脑肿胀的诊断及治疗。方法对63例重型颅脑损伤术中脑肿胀的诊断及治疗进行回顾性分析。结果本组63例重型颅脑损伤患者经积极治疗后，死亡49例(占77．8％)。结论根据伤情、CT检查结果及术中所见可对该病做出正确的诊断，及时正确地综合治疗可降低死亡率及致残率。Objective To research the diagnosis and treatment of brain tumefaction in the operation of severe craniocerebral injury.Methods A retrospective analysis was made about diagnosis and treatment of brain tumefaction in the operation of 63 cases with severe craniocerebral injury.Results With active treatment,49 cases (77.8 %) died among them.Conclusion According to the injury condition,CT result and what you will find during the operation,correct diagnosis can be made and timely,thus correct and comprehens...
