摘　　要：目的探讨老年慢性硬膜下血肿(CSDH)钻孔引流术后并发症的发生原因和防治措施。方法分析80例临床资料。结果80例CSDH患者钻孔引流治愈77例(占96．3％)，死亡3例(占3．7％)；术后发生并发症28例(占35．0％)，其中并发颅内血肿5例(占6．3％)，血肿复发4例(占5．0％)，大量颅内积气并张力性气颅10例(占13．8％)，脑脊液漏4例(占5.0％)，癫痫或精神障碍5例(占6.3％)。结论充分认识CSDH钻孔引流术后的多种并发症，密切观察病情变化，早期发现并及时处理，可提高该病的治愈率。Objective To investigate the cause and preventive measures for postoperative complications of trepanation and drainage of chronic subdural hematoma.Methods The clinical materials of 80 cases were analysed.Results There was cure in 77 such cases(96.3 %) and death in 3 cases(3.7 %);there were complications in 28 cases(35.0 %)-5 cases of intracranial hemetoma(6.3 %),4 cases of recurrence of hematoma(5.0 %)10 cases of intracranial pneumatosis combined with tension pneumatocranium(13.8 %),4 cases of leakage ...
