摘　　要：目的为化疗患者建立良好的静脉通道，避免反复静脉穿刺，解除采血及化疗药外渗给患者带来的痛苦。方法20例长期静脉输液化疗患者经肘窝外周静脉行PICC插管给药，并观察置管的临床效果。结果插管成功率100％，导管留置时间为19～123d，无导管堵塞、感染等并发症发生。结论该方法具有操作快速、方便，维护简单，留管时间长，并发症低等特点。Objective To establish a good venous passage for patients of chemotherapy so as to avoid repeated puncture and relieve the sufferings of patients caused by blood collection and extravasation of chemotherapeutic medicine.Methods In 20 cases with long term venous injection chemotherapy,PICC intubation was through the peripheral veins in cubital fossa for medication and the the clinical effect was observed.Results This method is charaterized by quick and convenient operation,simple maintenance,long peroid...
