抗乙肝活素对大鼠急性肝炎肝功能及肝超微结构的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨抗乙肝活素对大鼠急性实验性肝炎的预防及治疗作用。方法将60只Wistar大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型对照组、预防组和治疗组，每组各15只；除正常对照组外均腹腔注射D．氨基半乳糖生理盐水溶液制备急性肝炎模型；测定大鼠血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活性；取肝组织固定包埋后制备超薄切片，电镜下进行超微结构观察。结果预防组和治疗组肝功能检测结果与模型对照组比较有显著性差异(P＜0．01)，肝细胞超微结构观察正常，与正常对照组比较无差异性。结论抗乙肝活素具有显著预防及治疗大鼠急性实验性肝炎的作用。Objective To study the preventive and therapeutic effect of antihepatokinin-B on acute experimental hepatitis in rats.Methods Sixty Wistar rats were randomly divided into the normal control group,model control group,preventive group and treatment group(15 rats each group);all rats except those in the normal control group were given abdominal injection of D-ethyl-galactose to prepare models of acute hepatitis;then the activities of serum ALT and ALP were determined.Finally the liver tissue was taken,fixe...
