薄层扫描法测定痔克胶囊中硬脂酸的含量

摘　　要：目的建立痔克胶囊君药壁虎中硬脂酸的含量测定方法。方法采用双波长薄层扫描法，固定相为硅胶G，流动相为氯仿。甲醇(90：10)，检测波长438nm，参比波长550nm条件下进行壁虎中硬脂酸含量测定。结果硬脂酸的含量在2．0～7．0p．g范围内线性关系良好(r=0．9944，n=6)，平均回收率为99．6％(n=5)，RSD为2．18％；本次测定3批样品，每克壁虎中硬脂酸含量平均为0．0836g。结论本法准确可靠，可作为痔克胶囊壁虎中硬脂酸的含量测定指标。Objective To establish a determination method for content of stearic acid in monarch drug of Zhike capsule-gecco.Methods Double wavelength thin-layer scanning method was used with stationary phase-silica-gel,mobile phase-chloroform-methanol(90:10),438-mm determination wavelength and 550-mm control wavelength in determination of content of stearic acid in gecco.Results When the content of stearic acid was within the range of 2.0～7.0ug,the linear relationship was better(r=0.9944,n=6),the average recovery r...
