手掌逐层组合标本的制作

摘　　要：为使医学生和医务工作者对手掌部位解剖有系统性、连贯性认识，笔者取3只经甲醛固定过的手部材料分别作手掌腱膜、掌浅弓及神经和掌深弓标本，然后组合装盒。结果手掌部位逐层标本血管、神经层次显露清晰，使手掌解剖更具有系统性、连贯性。Objective To have a systematic and coherent knowledge of the palmar anatomy for medical students and medical staff,specimens of palmar aponeurosis,superficial palmar arch ,nerve and deep palmar arch were respectively prepared through 3 hands fixed with formalin,and then combined and packaged.Thus the blood vessels and nerves on the palmar specimens are clearly displayed,which makes the palmar anatomy more systematic and coherent.
