胰腺被膜切开减压加胰床多管引流术治疗早期出血坏死性胰腺炎的效果

摘　　要：采用胰腺被膜切开减压加胰床多管引流术式,治疗早期出血坏死性胰腺炎有肯定效果,可明显降低术后死亡率;对术中已出现全胰广泛坏死的晚期病人,本术式无明显效果。强调及时确诊,早期手术是提高本病治愈率的关键。The paper reported that using operative methods of decompression by incision onpancreatic coat and multiple drainage of the pancreatic bed in the treatment of hemo-rrhagic Necrotizing Pancreatitis during the early stage were introduced with in affir-mative effects,reducing mortality.The method had no obvious effect for patientswith widespread necrosis in the late stage.It was emphasized that timely diagnosisand early operation were the keys of improving the cure rate for this disease.
