摘 要:测定37例急性肾小球肾炎急儿红细胞超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、红细胞及血浆脂质过氧化物(LPO)含量,同时与30例健康儿进行对照。结果表明:1.肾提急性期红细胞 SOD 明显降低,红细胞及血浆 LPO 明显升高,并随病程进展而变化,提示自由基参与了急性肾炎的病理过程。2.血 SOP 及 LPO 与尿蛋白、12小时尿红细胞计数等密切相关,提示 SOD 及 LPO 有可能作为估计病情和判断近期转归的指标。Erythrocyte superoxide dismutase(SOD),erythrocyte and plasma lipid peroxides(LPO)were measured in 30 normal subjects and 37 children with acute glomerulone-phritis.It was shown that∶1.Obviously decreasing of erythrocyte SOD in the acuteperiod of glomerulonephritis and increasing of erythrocyte and plasma LPO.The para-meters changed with the process of the disease,suggesting that free radicals parti-cipated in the pathologic course of acute glomerulonephritis.2.Erythrocyte SOD,erythrocyte and plasma LPO were closly related with urine protein and red blood cellcount in 12-hour urine.It revealed that SOD and LPO might be useful indices toestimate the condition of illness and to predict the process.
