摘  要:对51例非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病(NIDDM)患者和30例年龄、性别与之匹配的健康对照进行视觉诱发电位(VEP)检测。结果显示,NIDDM 组 VEP 各波潜伏期及 N_1-N_2峰问期均较对照明显延迟,VEP 异常率为25.5%。提示 NIDDM 存在中枢神经病变,VEP 是评价其视传导路及中枢神经病变的敏感指标。作者还探讨了 NIDDM 患者 VEP 的 P_2波潜伏期及 N_1-N_2峰间期与临床诸因素的相关关系。Visual evoked potentials(VEP)were recorded for 51 patients with NIDDM and 30nondiabetie controls matched in age and sex to elucidate the involvement in the centralnervous system(CNS)of NIDDM.The results showed that the latencies of wave P1,N1,P2,N2,P3 and the interpeak latencies of N1-N2 of VEP in the diabetics wereprolonged significantly,compared with the controls.The peak-to-peak amplitudes ofN2-P3,P3-N3,N3-P4 decreased significantly in NIDDM group,too.Abnormal VEPrecordings were present in 13 of the 51(25.5%).These results confirmed the existance ofabnormalities in the CNS of NIDDM,and suggested that the VEP technique might beuseful in detecting early signs of the diabetic neuropathy in CNS.
