摘　　要：SLE患者及健康对照各56例,行超声多普勒检查。发现SLE有左室舒张期充盈频谱异常,SLE组及对照组 E/A 速度与年龄呈负相关,E_1 充盈分数与 E 充盈分数正相关。推论:SLE 有左室舒张功能不全,其发生先于收缩功能异常或在无收缩功能异常时。左室充盈频谱异常表明 SLE 的心肌受累并与疾病的活动性有关。左室舒张功能指标受年龄影响,E_1 充盈分数与 E 充盈分数一样也可成为评定左室舒张功能的流量指标。Fifty-six SLE patients were selected for examination with Doppler echocardio-graphy.The results showed that SLE patients had abnormality of LV diastolic fillingpattern;The E/A ratio of the SLE and control groups showed a negative correlationwith age;The E_1FF of the SLE and control groups showed a positive correlation withE filling fraction(EFF).In conclusion,the SLE had LV diastolic dysfunction andconfirmed that the diastolic abnormality often precede systolic dysfunction or presentat patients who had no abnormal systolic function.The abnormalities of LV diastolicfilling pattern might represent myocardial involvement in SLE and be related to diseaseactivity.The E_1FF,as well as EFF,might become a flow volume index of evaluatingLV diastolic function.
