摘　　要：采用示差折光检测器,以高效凝胶色谱法测定藻酸双酯钠分子量及其分布。以已知分子量的右旋糖酐为对照,采用ShodexOHpakSB-803HQ色谱柱,2.8%硫酸钠溶液(含0.02%叠氮钠)为流动相,检测池温度40℃,柱温35℃,流速0.5ml/min。A HPGPC method with differential refraction detector for measurement of molecular weight and its distribution of sodium alginic diester was established. A series of dextran of known molecular weights were used as the reference. A Shodex OHpak SB-803HQcolumn wasused with the mobile phase of 2.8% sodium sulfate solution (containing 0.02% NaN3). The temperature of detector and column were 40℃ and 35℃, respectively. The flow rate was 0.5ml/min.
