摘　　要：对抗肿瘤药物喜树碱的不对称全合成,包括拆分法、不对称诱导法、不对称氧化法、酶法和其它方法等研究进展进行了综述。The recent progress in asymmetric total synthesis of (S)-camptothecin was reviewed by classifying the method of inserting the asymmetric center at position 20, including resolution method, asymmetric induction method, asymmetric oxidation method and enzyme-catalyzed resolution.
