摘　　要：目的　了解整合素与TGF - β受体在增生性瘢痕形成过程中的相互关系。 方法　采用荧光定量PCR法 ,分别测定经原代细胞培养后 ,瘢痕成纤维细胞中整合素α1、β1与TGF - βRmRNA的表达量 ,并对两者间的表达强度进行相关分析。结果　整合素α1和β1与TGF - βRⅠ间在表达的强度上 ,均成正 相关的关系 (r =0 .74、0 .6 8,P <0 .0 5 )。结论　整合素和TGF - β受体在瘢痕形成的过程中 ,可能存在着相互协同和促进的作用。Objective To study the relationship of integrins and TGF-β?receptors in hypertrophic scar formation. Methods Through FQ-PCR assay, the mRNA expressions of integrin α1、β1 and TGF-β?RⅠ in primary cultured hypertrophic scar fibroblasts were detected. Then a statistical and correlation analysis of TGF-β?RⅠ to integrins was carried out. Results The correlative analysis of integrins to TGF-β?RⅠ demonstrated that the mRNA expression level of integrin α1、β1 correlates positively to TGF-β?RⅠ(P<0.05). Conclusion Integrin and TGF-β affect each other in the formation and developoment of the hypertrophic scar.
