摘　　要：目前我国油田正在使用的中型、重型模块钻机的井架和底座结构都不适合快移式钻机 的要求,为此,在分析我国钻机井架、底座现状的基础上,提出了快速移动、快速安装的新型钻 机井架、底座的设计原则和标准,同时还对其设计模型和设计特点作了详细的论述。这种新型的 模型除充分考虑了拆装便捷、移运高效外,还应用液压油缸自动举升和控制技术,是一种具有全 新理念的快速移运、快速安装的钻机。The derrick and its substructure of tIle existing home-made medium-and large-size modularized drilling rigs cannot meet the requirement of high portability.Therefore the design criterion and standard of a new derrick and substructure are put forward.The design model and its characteristics of the derrick and substructure are expounded.The new derrick and substructure adopts hydraulic cylinder lifting and control technique,and is easy to be installed and uninstalled with high protability.
