摘　　要：在DQ60D、DQ60P直流电顶驱和DQ20Y液压顶驱的基础上,研制了DQ7OBS交流变 频顶部驱动钻井装置。该装置采用交流电动机变频驱动,变频调速,矢量控制;其整体式动力水 龙头采用2台电动机,2个逆变器和双编码器,实行一对一控制;管子处理装置采用环形背钳技 术;提升系统采用双载荷通道。投入现场使用的4台DQ70BS顶驱应用效果表明,该装置降低了 劳动强度,提高了生产效率,处理井下复杂情况的能力大大提高,同时降低了生产成本。Model DQ70BS top drive drilling system(TDDS)is developed based on Model DQ60D and Model DQ60P DC TDDS and Model DQ20Y hydraulic TDDS.It adopts variable.frequency AC drive and variable-frequency speed regulation.And its integrated power swivel is driven by 2Ⅱ10tOrs and controllexl with 2 inverters and dual-coder.In addition,ring.shaped back-up tong is used for pipe handling,and dual.10ad passage is employed in the hoisting system.Four Model DQ70BS TDDS were put into operation,and the result shows that,it lowered labor intensity and production cost,and improved the production efficiency as well as the capability of carrying out complicated down-hole operation.
