镉改性ZSM-5沸石催化剂上甲醇-烃类芳构化反应研究

摘  要:考察了改性方法、镉含量、沸石硅铝比和水汽处理对镉改性ZSM-5沸石催化剂上甲醇和烷烯烃芳构化反应的影响。对于甲醇芳构化反应,用离子交换法改性,镉含量较低时有利,用浸渍或混合法改性,则镉含量较高时有利。以离子交换法改性效果最佳,镉含量为0.6%时,芳烃收率达60%以上,稳定性较好。酸性适中的沸石改性后芳构化活性较高。镉改性也促进烯烃芳构化,但对烷烃反应不利。芳烃选择性与L_(1612)酸量有关。The effects of modification method,cadmium loading,silicon-aluminium ratio in zeolite and water vapor treatment on the aromatization of methanol and hydrocarbons over the cadmiummodified ZSM-5 zeolite catalysts were investigated. For the aromatization of methanol,the lower cadmium loading catalyst was advantageous when modified by ion-exchanging method and the higher cadmium loading catalyst was advantageous when modified by impregnation or mixing methods. The best result was obtained when the catalyst was modified by ion-exchanging method. The catalyst with 0. 6% cadmium loading had a better stability with a yield of aromatics over 60%. The zeolite catalyst with a moderate acidity exhibited a higher aromatization activity after modification. The cadmium modified catalyst also improved the aromatization of alkenes,but not that of alkanes. The selectivity of aromatization was correlated directly with L_(1612) acidity.
