摘 要:目的 探讨高精度散射光度滴定法测定盐酸异丙嗪含量的可行性。方法 用四苯硼钠标准溶液滴定盐酸异丙嗪溶液 ,采用 0 .5 %聚乙烯吡咯烷酮溶液作为胶体保护剂。将测定结果与非水滴定法、电位滴定法和非水电位滴定法比较。结果 高精度散射光度滴定法含量测定结果的精密度小于 0 .2 %。F检验结果表明该方法精密度与药典方法相当 ;t检验结果表明方法的均值与药典方法无显著性差异。结论 所用方法可以用于盐酸异丙嗪的含量测定。OBJECTIVE To investigate the applicability of Highly-accurate nephelometric titration in the determination of Promethazine hydrochloride. METHODS Promethazine hydrochloride formed PMH-TPB collosol quantitatively with sodium tetraphenylboron in an acidic medium. In the titration, the sodium tetraphenylboron solution was used as a titrant and 0.5% pholyvinylpyrrolidone solution was added as a colloid stabilizer. The contents of promethazine hydrochloride determined by Highly-accurate nephelometric titration were compared to those determined by Nonaqueous titrations, Potentiometric titration and Nonaqueous potentiometric titration. RESULTS The precision of Highly-accurate nephelometric titration was better than 0.2% under suitable experiment conditions, which was comparable to that of the Pharmacopoeia methods by F-test. The accuracy of Highly-accurate nephelometric titration was comparable to that of the Pharmacopoeia methods by t-test. CONCLUSION The Highly-accurate nephelometric titration could be applied in the content determination of Promethazine hydrochloride.
