摘　　要：目的　改进布洛芬片溶出度的测定方法。方法　在非λmax处测定吸光度 ,并对改进方法的准确度、精密度、线性进行了考察 ,同时将改进方法的测定结果与原药典方法进行了比较。结果　回收率为 98.0 7% ,RSD =1.5 % (n =7)。结论　改进后方法测定的准确度、精密度和线性均好 ,与原药典方法比较的结果亦满意。OBJECTIVE To improve the determining method of dissolution of Ibuprofen tablets. METHODS The absorption of the samples was determined at the wavelength of the non-λ max.The accuracy, precision and linearity of the improved method were investigated. Then, we compared the results obtained from this improved method and the China Pharmacopoeia method. RESULTS The recovery was 98.07% with RSD of 1.5%(n=7).CONCLUSION The accuracy, precision and linearity of the improved method are good. The results of this method are satisfactory compared with results of the China Pharmacopoeia method.
