乳酸左氧氟沙星注射液与7种药物配伍的稳定性

摘　　要：目的　考察乳酸左氧氟沙星注射液分别与地塞米松磷酸钠、氢化可的松、维生素C、酚磺乙胺、氨甲苯酸、庆大霉素和三氮唑核苷注射剂配伍的稳定性。方法　采用紫外分光光度法考察在不同温度下 (4℃、2 5℃、37℃ )各配伍液 0～ 6h内的吸光度和吸收曲线的变化 ,测定pH值 ,同时观察其外观。结果　在 5 %葡萄糖注射液中 ,乳酸左氧氟沙星注射液分别与以上 7种药物配伍 ,其pH值、外观、紫外吸收光谱等几乎无变化。结论　在上述条件下 ,乳酸左氧氟沙星注射液分别与以上 7种药物配伍稳定。OBJECTIVE To study the stability of Levofloxacin lactate injection after mixing with Dexamethasone, Hydrocortisone, Vitamine C, Etamsylate, Aminomethylbenzoic acid, Gentamycin sulfate and Ribavirin injection ,respectively. METHODS Ultraviolet spectrophotometry was used to detect the changes of absorbance, absorption curve, and pH at 4℃,25℃,37℃ within 0～6 hours. The exterior appearance of the mixture were observed,respectively. RESULTS Levofloxacin lactate injections had no significant changes in absorbance, absorption curve, exterior appearance and pH after the addition of the above injections. CONCLUSION Levofloxacin lactate injection is stable when mixed with seven injections mentioned above in 5% glucose injection.
