摘　　要：目的　观察通脉降脂胶囊经两种途径给药的急性毒性反应 ,评价其安全性。方法　以健康小鼠为对象 ,将通脉降脂胶囊内容物按口服灌胃和腹腔注射两种给药方式进行急性毒性试验 ,口服灌胃小鼠测得最大耐受量 ,腹腔注射以 4个剂量组给药 ,用Bliss法测得LD50 及 95 %可信限。结果　口服灌胃给药最大耐受量为 13.3g/kg ,耐受倍数为 998倍 ;腹腔注射给药LD50 为 1.39g/kg ,95 %可信限为 1.30～ 1.4 8g/kg。结论　通脉降脂胶囊口服给药非常安全。Objective To observe the acute toxicity reaction of healthy mice to Tongmai Jiangzhi (circulation-promoting and cholesterol-lowering) capsules,and evaluate the safety of the drug.Methods The drug was administered to the mice by intraperitoneal injection and intragastric gavage. Maximal tolerated dose was determined in the gavage,and four intraperitoneal doses of the drug were given during the acute toxicity test. LD 50 and 95% confidence limit of the drug were determined by Bliss' method in the intraperitoneal test.Results Maximal tolerated dose and tolerated number of times were 13.3 g/kg and 998 times,respectively. LD 50 and 95% confidence limit were 1.39 g/kg and 1.30～1.48 g/kg,respectively.Conclusion Tongmai Jianzhi capsules are safe for oral administration.
