摘　　要：考察了两步合成4,4′-二氨基二苯基醚的各种参数对反应的影响,从而获得最佳产率。第一步以对氯硝基苯和对硝基苯酚钾盐为原料,经新制铜粉催化得4,4′-二硝基二苯基醚,产率为82.2%;第二步经5%Pd/C催化氢化得4,4′-二氨基二苯基醚,产率为92.0%。A new route to prepare 4, 4'-diaminodiphenyl ether in two steps has been proposed and the effects of various parameters on the reaction in each step have been investigated, hence obtaining anoptimum yield. In the first step, 4,4'-dinitrodiphenyl is obtained by using p-nitrochlorobenzene and potassium p-nitrophenolate hydrate as feed stocks and active copper powder as catalyst, with a yield of 82. 2%. In the second step, 4, 4'-diaminodiphenyl ether is obtained through catalytic hydrogenation by 5% Pd/C, with a yield of 92.0%.
