摘  要:目的观察参麦活血饮对糖尿病大鼠感觉神经传导速度(SNCV)及血浆一氧化氮(NO)水平的影响,探讨其作用的可能机理。方法采用链脲佐菌素(STZ)诱发糖尿病大鼠模型,成模1w后用参麦活血饮灌胃,连续4w。诱发肌电图测定近尾部神经的SNCV、波幅及潜伏期,分光光度法测定血浆NO水平。结果糖尿病大鼠SNCV减慢,波幅减小,潜伏期延长,血浆NO水平降低,与正常组相比差异显著(P<005);经参麦活血饮治疗后,上述改变逆转,与糖尿病模型组相比差异显著(P<005)。结论参麦活血饮对糖尿病早期周围神经病变有防治作用,这可能与神经血供改善有关。Objective To observe the effect of Shenmaihuoxueyin recipe on sensory nerve conduction velocity (SNCV) and plasma NO level in early diabetic rats. Methods Diabetic model rats induced by streptozotocin were given Shenmaihuoxueyin for 4 w. SNCV, amplitude and latent period in caudal nerve were determined by evoked electromyogram and plasma NO level was measured by spectrophotography. Results Comparing to normal control group, SNCV significantly became slow, amplitude decreased, latent period prolonged and plasma NO level increased in the diabetic rats (P<0.05). After treatment with Shenmaihuoxueyin, the above changes were reversed, there was significant difference comparing to the diabetic model group (P<0.05). Conclusions It suggested Shenmaihuoxueyin should play preventive and treatment role in early diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
