摘  要:目的探讨心肌病模型建立的方法及无创超声技术对其心功能的监测.方法阿霉素腹腔注射法建立心肌病动物模型,病理切片检查验证心肌病的建立情况:经胸超声技术检测大鼠左室容积、内径及室壁厚度了解其心功能指标左室射血分数(LVEF%)、左室缩短分数(LVFS%)变化.结果 (1)106只Wistar大鼠注射阿霉素8周后,成功建立了58只心肌病模型,成功率60%;(2)无创超声技术监测心肌病模型鼠LVEF、LVFS,较正常大鼠下降20%~30%,具有显著差异(P<0.05).结论阿霉素腹腔注射法操作简单,可建立可靠的心肌病动物模型;超声技术能准确、方便、无创地监测心功能变化.Objective To explore a method of establishing the rat cardiomyopathy model, and to monitor heart function with noninvasive transthoracic echocardiography(TTE) technique. Mothods To establish the rat cardiomyopathy model by intraperitoneal injection of doxorubicin ,and to verify the cardiomyopathy in rat with pathological section. TTE technique was applied the heart funtion index with detecting left ventricular dimension, volume and thickness.Results (1)After 8 weeks of intraperitoneal injection of doxorubicin in 106 Wistar rat,58 established the rat cardiomyopathy model successfully, the success rate was 60%.(2)Noninvasive transthoracic technique monitored the change of left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) and left ventricular short fraction (LVFS) in cardiomyopathy model and normal. LVEF,LVFS decreased significantly in cardiomyopathy model compared with those in normal rat (P<0.05).Conclusion Mothod of intraperitoneal injection of doxorubicin could establish the rat cardiomyopathy model simply; TTE technique is exact,convenient and noninvasive to monitor the change of heart function .
