摘　　要：目的　了解重庆地区人群 HLA DRB1 基因多态性,分析人群 HLA DRB1 基因频率分布特征。方法　采用 PCR SSP方法对来自中国造血干细胞捐献者资料库重庆分库的3 219名无血缘关系的捐献者进行基因分型,计算 HLA DRB1 基因频率,并与南方汉族、北方汉族人群进行比较。结果　在重庆地区人群中检出了 HLA DRB1 基因型 14 种(低分辨率),其中以DRB1*09,DRB1*15,DRB1*12,DRB1*04 出现频率高。结论　重庆地区人群的 HLA DRB1 基因多态性与南方汉族接近,并有其特点。Objective To investigate the genetic polymorphism of HLA-DRB1 allele in Chongqing population and to analyze the characteristic of the allele frequency distribution.Methods The technique of polymerase chain reaction sequence specific primers was adopted in genotyping a sample of 3219 unrelated individuals collected from Chongqing branch of the haematopoietic stem cell donor data bank in China. The allele frequency of HLA-DRB1 was calculated, and the allele frequency distribution of HLA-DRB1 in this population was compared with the results from Southern Han population and Northern Han population.Results Fourteen HLA-DRB1 specificity alleles were founded in Chongqing population with DRB1*09,DRB1*15,DRB1*12,DRB1*04 as the most common genes.Conclusion Distribution of the allele polymorphism of HLA-DRB1 in Chongqing population was similar to those in Southern Han population, and it exhibits its own characteristic
