2型糖尿病与超敏C-反应蛋白水平关系的病例对照研究

摘　　要：目的　探讨 2 型糖尿病与超敏 C 反应蛋白(Hs CRP)水平的关系。方法　采用病例对照研究方法。选取对照(NGT)组、糖耐量降低(IGT)组、2型糖尿病(DM)组各60例(男、女各30例且年龄相当)。计算体重指数(BMI),做口服75g葡萄糖耐量试验(OGTT)并测定空腹胰岛素(FINS)、Hs CRP及血脂水平。结果　病例组(IGT组和DM组)较对照组(NGT)Hs CRP显著升高(P<0.05),且与FPG、TC呈显著正相关,与 HDL呈显著负相关。多元逐步回归分析显示 BMI、FPG、HOMA IR、TC和Lp(a)是影响Hs CRP水平的主要因素。结论　IGT和DM患者血清中Hs CRP显著高于NGT组,Hs CRP对预测 DM患者发生动脉粥样硬化有一定价值。Objective To discuss the relation between type 2 diabetes and level of Hs-CRP.Methods Measured by the case-control study. We studied 60 cases with contrasted group(NGT),60 cases with impaired glucose tolerance (IGT) and 60 cases of DM 2 (Man had 30 cases and woman too, they had same age).Their BMI were measured.Oral 75g glucose tolerance test (OGTT),level of FINS, Hs-CRP and blood fat were detected.Results Hs-CRP was higher in case group (IGT group and DM group) than that in the related group (NGT),it was positively correlated with FPG,TC, and negative correlated with HDL.Multian-step by step-regression-analysis showed: BMI,FPG,HOMA-IR,TC,LP(a) were major factors influencing the level of Hs-CRP. Conclusion In the serum of IGT and DM group,Hs-CRP was remarkably higher than that in NGT group ,so Hs-CRP has definite value to forecast causing atherosis of DM.
