摘 要:本文介绍依巴谷卫星在1989年11月至1991年2月期间的首批观测及由此求得的结果。在此期间观测了二万余颗恒星,对其中至少一万颗测定了观测中央历元的位置和视差,精度分别为0″.005和0″.007。首批结果从整体上检验了依巴谷计划,包括观测纲要、输入星表、卫星及其功能和资料处理等方面。第二个依巴谷计划已被提出,建议于1999年发射。卫星的结构和功能将优于现在的依巴谷卫星。主要目标是在3年内测最40万颗恒星的位置、视差和年自行,精度各达到0″.001。The early results derived from the observations of the Hipparcos from November 1989 to February 1991 are presented in this paper. During this period some 20000 stars were observed and for at least 10000 stars the positions at mid-epoch with an accuracy of about 6 mas and the trigonometric parallaxes with an average standard error of 7 mas have been determined. An examination of these early results constitutes a first validation of the Hipparcos project as a whole, including the observing programme, 'Input Catalog', the satellite and its operation, and one of the data reduction chains.The second plan of Hipparcos has been presented. The satellite has already been suggested to be launched in 1999. The structure and the function will be better than the present Hipparcos. The primary goals are to determine the positions, parallaxes and proper motions per year for 400 000 stars with the expected precision namely OfOOl in three years.
