摘  要:为了了解某电厂 75 t/h 锅炉大修后炉内空气动力场的流动特性,对 4 个角的上、下二次风挡板特性进行了测量, 在不同风门开度下对一、二次风风速进行了调平。在炉内空气动力场测量的基础上,得到了炉膛的实际切圆直径和贴壁风速的分布。试验结果表明:在各层喷口风速达到调平状态时,可以基本保证锅炉四角配风的均匀性,获得了较理想的炉内空气动力场。In order to know about the flow characteristics of aerodynamic field of 75t/h boiler after overhaul maintenance, baffle characteristics of two layers secondary air velocity were measured from four corners, the primary and secondary air velocity were adjusted under the different air damper angle. Based on the measurement of aerodynamic field, the actual tangential circle diameter and air velocity distributing near wall were obtained. The results show that the boiler will be satisfied basically with uniform air distribution in four corners on the condition that air velocity is adjusted uniformly in different jet orifices, the ideal aerodynamic field in boiler will be obtained.
