摘 要:对 HEAP-30 型氢气干燥器的主要特点、氢气冷却干燥过程及原理、设备的主要结构等方面,尤其是氢-氢热交换器、冷却去湿器两个关键部件进行了详细的分析和介绍,同时简述了整套装置的运行性能与效果。多年来的现场实际运行效果表明,HEAP-30 型氢气干燥器能确保发电机内的氢气湿度指标长期、稳定地达到现行电力行业标准 DL/T 651-1998 的要求,并且具有环保、高效、去湿能力大、连续运行稳定、安全可靠等特点,是国内氢冷发电机组氢气干燥的理想设备。The main characteristics, hydrogen desiccation process and principle as well as the main structure, particularly hydrogen-hydrogen heat exchanger and cooling moisture dryer, of the HEAP-30 type hydrogen desiccator are introduced and analyzed systematically. Meanwhile, its running performance and drying results are also presented. Through several-year on-spot running, the assess results show that, after the HEAP-30 type hydrogen desiccator starts up, the hydrogen moisture inside the turbo generator, under rated hydrogen pressure, can be kept within the scope of DL/T 651-1998, which is the current electricity power criterion. Furthermore, This type of the desiccator processes some excellence characteristics, such as antipollution, high efficiency, high moisture removal, steadily continuous running and reliable safety performance, etc. Therefore, the HEAP-30 type hydrogen desiccator is a ideal device for hydrogen moisture drying inside the generator.
