摘　　要：The gene fragment of Avian influenza virus (AIV) was amplified by RT-PCR. The results of sequence analysis showed that high homology(97%) exists among duck, goose and Human influenza virus in Hongkong AIV in 1997, indicating that there are close relationship among these ha genes.
