心钠素治疗糖尿病肾病肾功能不全的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨糖尿病肾病(DN)肾功能不全的治疗方法。方法:对15例DN肾功能不全病人用心钠素(ANP)治疗,84mg,bid肌肉注射,连用14天,并设酚妥拉明+多巴胺+速尿治疗组做对照,观察治疗前后两组病人血清尿素氮(BUN)和血清肌酐(CR)及血压改变情况,进行统计学处理。结果:两组病人治疗后肾功能都有明显改善,统计学有显著性,P<0.05或更低;心钠素组CR下降较对照组更明显,P<0.001。结论:心钠素是一种有效的DN肾功能不全治疗药物。Objective:To study the effective of atrial natriuretic peptide(ANP) on treating renal failure caused by diabetic nephropathy . Methods: 30 patients with renal failure caused by diabetic nephropathy divided into two groups - ANP group and the control. the first group was treated by ANP for fourteen days; the control groups was treated by phentolamine.doparnine and katlex.Observation the levels of blood urianitrogen(BUN),serum creatinine(CR) and blood pressure after treated and analyses.Result:The BUN and CR levels of both two groups after treated were obviously dereased than before; the CR level in ANP group was significantly lower than the control.Conclusion: ANP is a effect drug on treating renal failure caused by DN.
