摘 要:本研究发现高锰酸钾可以氧化非那西丁产生弱的化学发光, 而甲醛对这一化学发光反应有较强的增敏作用, 据此建立了高锰酸钾-非那西丁-甲醛化学发光体系. 以甲基丙烯酸为功能单体, 乙二醇二乙酸甲酯为交联剂, 合成了非那西丁的分子印迹聚合物. 以此分子印迹聚合物为分子识别物质, 利用高锰酸钾-非那西丁-甲醛化学发光体系, 结合流动注射分析技术, 建立了测定非那西丁高选择性的分子印迹-化学发光分析方法. 方法的线性范围为 5.0×10-7~5.0×10-5 g/mL, 相关系数为 r=0.990, 检出限为 2×10-7 g/mL. 对 1.0×10-6 g/mL 非那西丁溶液进行 11 次平行测定,相对标准偏差为 2.8%. 此法已用于复方制剂去痛片及尿液中非那西丁的测定, 结果令人满意.A molecular imprinting-chemiluminescence method for the determination of phenacetin was established by using phenacetin-imprinted polymer as recognition material and KMnO4-phenacetin-formaldehyde reaction as detection system. It was found that a weak chemiluminescence (CL) was produced from the reaction of KMnO4 with phenacetin. The CL signal was greatly increased by formaldehyde. Phenacetin-imprinted polymer was synthesized using methacrylic acid as functional monomer and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate as cross-linker. The chemiluminescence intensity responded linearly to the concentration of phenacetin within 5.0 x 10(-7) similar to5.0 x 10(-5) g/mL with a detection limit of 2 x 10(-7) g/mL. The relative standard deviation for 1.0 x 10(-6) g/mL of phenacetin was 2.8% (n = 11). The method has been applied to the determination of phenacetin in amidopyrini et paracetamdi compositae and in urine samples. The results were in good agreement with those obtained by pharmacopoeia method and the recovery results were satisfactory.
