摘 要:为了研究高能氪离子轰击对纯锆水溶液中耐蚀性能的影响,纯锆样品用LC-4型离子注入机在40℃温度下进行高能氪离子轰击,注入剂量从1×1015ions/cm2到3×1016ions/cm2,注入能量为300keV。用X-射线光电子谱(XPS)分析注入表层元素价态,俄歇电子谱(AES)测试氧化膜的深度分布,用透射电镜(TEM)观察轰击样品的形貌和结构转变,轰击样品在1N硫酸溶液中的耐蚀性能用动电位极化测量曲线表征。结果表明:高能氪离子轰击样品后其耐蚀性能大大降低,轰击剂量越大,耐蚀性越差。最后讨论了辐照腐蚀的机理。In order to study the influences of high energy krypton ions bombardment on the aqueous corrosion behavior of zirconium, specimens were implanted by krypton ions with a dose range from 1 x 10(15) to 3 x 10(16) ions/cm(2) at about 40degreesC, using implanter at an extracted voltage of 300 keV. The valence of the surface layer was analyzed by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS); the thickness of the oxide film was measured by Auger Electron Spectroscopy (AES). TEM was employed to examine the change of morphology and structure. The potentiodynamic polarization measurement was employed to value the aqueous corrosion resistance of zirconium in a IN H2SO4 solution. It is found that the corrosion resistance of samples irradiated by Kr ions decline comparing with as-received zirconium. The bigger the doses the worse the corrosion resistances is. Finally, the mechanism of the corrosion behavior of the Kr ions bombarded zirconium is discussed.
