摘  要:目的 :观察黄芪注射液对运动性疲劳大鼠海马组织中 Glu和 GABA在运动前后的影响和 Glu/GABA比值变化 ,研究黄芪注射液的抗疲劳作用。方法 :采用大鼠运动性疲劳模型 ,强化训练期间灌胃黄芪注射液 7.2 g· kg- 1 · d- 1 ,用高效液相色谱法测定大鼠海马组织中 Glu和GABA含量 ,计算 Glu/GABA比值。结果 :与强化训练组大鼠同时相比较 ,强化训练加黄芪注射液组在运动结束 30 min及 3h时的 Glu/GABA比值明显降低 ,而安静态却略高。结论 :黄芪注射液可调节因运动而引起的应激状态 ,使运动后动物的兴奋性经迅速降低的过程后恢复到运动前的状态 ,从而有利于机体内环境的调整及体力的恢复。在运动过程中 ,可使机体迅速处于应激状态 ,使物质代谢增强 ,有利于肌肉的持续运动。运动结束后 ,可使机体内环境迅速调整 ,有利于运动后疲劳的消除。This paper observes the effects of membranous milkvetch root injection on contents of Glu and GABA and ratios change of Glu/GABA in hippocampal tissue of rats with exercise fatigue before and after exercise,studies the function of MMRI on anti-fatigue.Through using the model of exercise fatigue,MMRI 7.2 g·kg -1·d -1 ig is aggrandizemented during intensity training,the concentration of Glu and GABA is determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and ratios of Glu and GABA is calculated.The result shows that comparing with aggrandizemented training group,the ratios of Glu and GABA of 30 minutes and 3 hours after exercise reduce,but higher at rest.It suggests that the regulation effects of MMRI for mediating and nourishing on amino acid neurotransmitters and amino acid metabolism in brain are observed.During exercise,MMRI can put animal quickly into stress condition,enhance substance metabolism and maintain continuous muscle movement.After exercise,MMRI can quickly regulate the body internal environment,which is good for eliminating fatigue.
