摘　　要：围绕GB/T8814—2004《门、窗用未增塑聚氯乙烯(PVC-U)型材》,通过对型材与门窗性能指标、配方中功能类助剂性能的系统分类及微观细化分析,论述实现型材韧性指标与刚性指标的平衡,及其与效益平衡的途径和方法。对各项性能最佳平衡点、性能与效益最佳平衡点进行探索。对提高塑料异型材性能,降低生产成本有一定现实意义。According to GB/T 8814-2004《Non-plasticized PVC-U Profile for Door and Window》plastic profile and door and window performance indexsystem classification of functional accessory ingredient property in the formula as well as microscope and refined analysis have been made.The way and method for balance between malleability and rigidity indexes of plastic profilethe balance between indexes and benefit have been discussed.The optimum balance point of each property and that between property and benefit has been searched.It has a certain realistic significance for improving property of plastic profile and for reducing cost of production.
