褥疮防治监控表在临床护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的　探讨采用自制褥疮防治监控表进行褥疮护理的效果。方法　对 1999年 3月～ 2 0 0 1年4月期间我院带入褥疮患者 2 2 0例 ,分为A组与B组 ,A组 117例采用自制褥疮防治监控表进行护理 ,B组 10 3例按褥疮常规护理进行护理 ,比较两组护理的效果。结果　t检验显示 ,A组在同样程度、范围内褥疮的平均愈合时间比B组缩短 (P <0 0 5 )。结论　采用褥疮防治监控表进行褥疮护理能缩短褥疮的愈合时间 ,提高褥疮的护理效果。Objective Studying the effect of self-made bed sore prevention and treatment surveillance table in the nursing care of bed sore. Method Using self-made bed sore prevention and treatment surveillance table in 117 bed sore patients (group A) and routine nursing in 103 bed sore patients (group B) from March 1999 to April 2001. The effect of nursing of the two group was compared. Results t Test showed:the average cure time of bed sore of group A was shortened (P<0,05). Conclusion The average cure time of nursing bed sore patients with the self-made table can be shortened (P<0,05) and the effect of bed sore nursing can be improved. It is worth to be widely used.
