摘　　要：本文提出,急诊外科是临床外科中第一线的第一线,根据急诊外科的工作特点,增加医学生实践机会,可使五年制医学生在掌握各项急救措施、加强基本功锻炼的基础上,提高综合运用各种知识处理复杂临床情况的能力和应变能力及综合素质、临床思维能力,培养其创新精神。为促进急诊医学的发展,培养合格的临床医生,必须重视和加强急诊外科的临床教学工作。Emergency surgery is the most important work in clinical surgery.Increase of the practice opportunities of the five- year medical students based on the characteristics of the emergency surgery can be helpful for the students to improve their comprchensive qualities and clinical thinking abilities,to cultivate the spirits of innovation and creation of medical students,and to train the morality of medical students.Emphasis and enhancment of clinical teaching in emergency medicine is required by the development of emergency medicine and training of qualified clinical doctors.
