废腈纶在型砂黏合剂中的应用研究

摘　　要：用废腈纶经催化水解制得了一种新型铸造黏合剂，探讨了影响样砂抗拉强度的各种因素，结果表明，该黏合剂具有砂强度高、溃散性好，发气量少，无污染等优良特点。The waste polyacrylonitrile hydrolyzed catalytically was processed into a new type of foundry binder. The main factors affecting bonding strength were studied. The result of the binder was high strength, good collapsibility and few pollution.
