摘　　要：本文分析了电子商务发展对传统银行业带来的机遇和挑战．指出网上银行应成为传统银行变革的方向，对目前我国银行业的改革具有一定指导意义。Opportunies and challenges have been brought to the traditional banking system by the development of E-business.On-line bank will have constructive impact on the banking reform and shows where the radical changes are going.
