奥扎格雷钠静滴治疗不稳定型心绞痛

摘　　要：目的观察注射用奥扎格雷钠治疗不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)的疗效。方法将60例UAP患者分为治疗组和对照组(各30例)；对照组进行常规抗心绞痛治疗，治疗组在常规抗心绞痛治疗基础上应用注射用奥扎格雷钠40mg加入0．9％氯化钠注射液250ml中静滴，观察用药前后两组疗效及血小板计数、红细胞压积、凝血酶原时间的变化。结果心绞痛改善总有效治疗组28例(93．3％)，对照组20例(66．7％)；心电图改善治疗组25例(83．3％)，对照组17例(56．7％)；组间比较差异显著(P＜0．05)；治疗前后组间比较，血小板计数、红细胞压积明显减少，凝血酶原时间延长。结论在常规抗心绞痛治疗基础上应用注射用奥扎格雷钠治疗不稳定型心绞痛效果较好。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of intravenous injection of sodium ozarel on UAP.Methods 60 cases with UAP were divided into the treatment group(30 cases) and the control group(30 cases).With conventional anti angina pectoris treatment in the control group,the intravenous injection of 40 mg ozarel with 250 ml sodium(0.9 %) was given in combination with conventional anti angina pectoris treatment in the treatment group and the changes in the effects,platelet count,hematocrit and prothrombin t...
